Sustaina Company… part of ebp Global - what has happened so far?

They say time flies by when you’re in good company.

And we sure are in good company after Sustaina Company became a part of ebp Global.

A lot has happened since June when we decided to join forces, so let us catch you up to speed.

What have we been up to lately with ebp?

Goodbye to Skanderborg and Hello to Vejle!

As a natural part of our acquisition, it was inevitable that our team would grow. Therefore, we needed a larger space to house all of our colleagues.

We therefore said our goodbyes to Skanderborg.

But when one door closes, another one opens.

We have now moved into our new office space in Vejle, where not only the Sustaina Company team will be doing their daily tasks, but also coworkers from ebp Nordic.

A growing team - more possibilities

As a part of ebp Global, we are part of a much larger team than previously.

We have many more coworkers and therefore also new competencies, which all can contribute to many more solutions for not only us - but also our clients.

But in what ways?

Well, we’ll give you a few examples from a long list of possibilities.

First, we can now benefit from our SIA-team (AKA the Insights & Analytics team) in Portugal, which handles and analyzes data in all its aspects.

This means more competencies in collecting and working with data, which will highly benefit our clients and their specific needs.

Second, ebp Global works with a 9-pillar operating model - a model that helps clients with a given problem throughout the 9 pillars.

Through this operating model, we optimize the flow of goods throughout the entire value chain - from raw materials to the store shelf.

Through our cooperation, we wish to help incorporate ESG into these pillars, so we can help all clients with each of our own forces.

Lastly, we work together on building a future organization in the US market.

With current resources and coworkers based throughout the country, there is definitely potential to help and assist customers within this market, for instance with their compliance questions.

This makes it a relevant market to focus more of our attention on.

The list of examples is non-exhaustive, and we look forward to working better and smarter together.

Leadership Meeting in Brussels

In September, the ebp Global leadership team of ebp Global, which our founder Anne is now part of, met to discuss progress and strategy.

Gatherings like this happen rarely, as the ebp Global team is based worldwide - from Asia and Europe to North America and Australia.

The agenda called for discussing the previous year, our future joint strategy and, as importantly, spending time together and getting to know each other.

In conclusion, we are very excited to see what the next months and years hold for our company.
